Spectacular and colorful Colombia has something to offer to please all types of travelers, from the magnificent white and sandy beaches of the Caribbean and the Pacific coast, to the Andes mountain range and the Amazon rainforest.
Its culture reflects both the presence of its indigenous population but at the same time also shows the strong Spanish influence given by its colonization which began as early as the th century. Until a few decades ago it was not considered a tourist destination due to its internal political problems that put the safety of travelers at risk, but to date the social and political commitment of the country has meant that this wonderful state of Latin America is a safe and very enjoyable destination for tourists from all over the world.
