Ranking of the most Livable Cities in the World

Every year the Mercer, an American consultancy firm based in New York, publishes a report with data relating to the quality of life of 221 cities in the world: the Mercer Quality of Living Survey.
Starting from these data, different ones are then drawn up rankings of the cities where you live best, rankings particularly valuable for large entrepreneurs as they are used to decide in which places to open factories and commercial offices.
Each city is scored based on evaluation criteria such as public safety, level of education and hygiene, political and economic stability, efficiency of public transport and level of entertainment solutions. Today we want to analyze the top ten positions of the standings.
Unfortunately for us, there is not even an Italian city in the top 10 (Milan is the best in 41st place).
