It's the exterior adjacent to Universal Studios, sort of large outdoor mall which invites patrons to spend and spend their day shopping and high-calorie food.
Among the various places present, there is the inevitable Hard Rock Cafe, bubba gump (complete with a Tom Hanks lookalike ready to take pictures), the shop NBA, Nascar Grill Bar and many small and large shops for souvenirs.
The area, however, is excellent to visit especially in the evening, when everything lights up and it seems to be in a surreal place, almost like being in a movie.
To access the City Walk you must have an entrance ticket for the Studios.
