1 - Piadina from Romagna

E' the queen of Romagna tables, consumed at any time of day or night, both at the sea and in the hills. In Rimini, in particular, you can find it of the most varied tastes, although the most popular are those stuffed with squacquerone di Romagna or salami from Mora.

The basic ingredients of the piadina are very few: flour, water, salt and lard. So simple that you can replicate it as you like at home ... but be careful: the real piadina di Rimini must be fragrant and no thicker than 1/2 cm!
